Next to most of our products we have a Button. This will add the page to our shopping cart.
When you check out there will be several UPS and Post Office shipping options. The shipping times quoted there are provided by the shipping companies and do not take into consideration the time it takes us to prepare your order. We make an attempt to get all orders out within 1-5 days. International orders will take slightly longer. If you need a product in specific time frame please also contact us by a separate email or phone call. If you have problems with the order form please call us. Covid has caused quite a few other challenges.
When you place an order you will receive a tracking number something like 19339-01. This can be used when contacting us for order status, it is not a tracking number for the carriers we use. We will forward a tracking or delivery confirmation email later. Please note that US Mail does not offer tracking, just delivery confirmation. Also, international 1st class and other classes of mail do not offer any tracking. If you would like tracking please select UPS.
Please use the ordering pages and the cart buttons . to calculate shipping. Although they ask for cardholder name, they do not request your credit card information until after it gives you shipping options. If after seeing the options you do not wish to place the order simply close the page and no information will be transferred. Material Damaged in Transit
If you received items damaged in transit please retain the original packaging and contact us immediately. Do not send the material back without an RMA# or it may not be covered by our shipping insurance.
We have a 30 day return policy on any defective product. For other returns we have a 10% restocking fee (excluding products paid with PayPal returned within 10 days) on all products except filter squares, 3D glasses that have been used and software which are not returnable. Screens may be returned if not used and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Contact us for an RMA# before returning any products.
We accept all major credit cards, money orders, wire transfers, personal checks, company checks, Western Union payments and Moneygrams (US$ only) . For Money Orders in US$ from Canada (or any country outside the US) we require an additional $5 to cover our bank fees. Please include this in your payment. All orders must be prepaid. For PayPal Payment
If you have a PayPal account use the shopping cart option which will determine shipping costs, submit your order and then pay by visiting the Paypal site at www.paypal.com, log on to your account and paypal your funds to email@example.com including your invoice number. If you do not have an account they will offer you a chance to register.
For tracking during shipping please select UPS or USPS as the shipping method. That is, you will get a delivery confirmation # which will confirm delivery after the item is delivered. It does not track the shipment during the shipping process. So when tracked sometimes nothing will show up on the tracking page until delivered. All UPS shipments are insured.
Attn: Canadian UPS Customers
Please be aware that for surface UPS shipments, UPS has been randomly collecting at least a $25 "custom clearing" charge on top of whatever duties they collect. We have no control over that. You may want to select US mail for shipping smaller orders on our shopping cart. Also, we are not responsible for any fees or custom charges your or any other country may decide to collect.
Attn: International Customers
We can only offer tracking on UPS international shipments and delivery confirmation on US Mail Express Shipments. If you have time sensitive or valuable material please ship it using one of these methods. We have no control over the mail system and US mail has no control the mail once it leaves the US. Also, we are not responsible for any taxes, VAT, fees or custom charges your country may decide to collect.
FEDEX or DHL Collect:
We can ship Fedex or DHL collect if you have a Fedex or DHL account. We charge a $15 handling fee since Fedex and DHL do not have regular pick-up in this area. Please contact us or add this button and your account number in the comments section if you would like to ship using these methods.
Attn: Customers from England, Wales...
When calculating postage or entering cardholder information, please select "Great Britain". Also, starting in 2021 we may have to collect VAT before sending your order. If this is the case we will contact you.
