Stereoscopic Player Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question:
Can I play my DVD collection in 3D using Stereoscopic Player?
Answer:
Special 3D-DVDs are required. Stereoscopic Player cannot convert ordinary 2D
movies to 3D. Even cutting-edge technology does not allow real-time conversion
at acceptable quality. A lot of manual interaction is required to create good
conversions so that it takes a few months for a two hours movie.
Nevertheless, Stereoscopic Player is able to play 2D movies, but only in 2D.
It is even possible to adjust the parallax to move the image in front or behind
the screen surface, however the image itself remains flat.
Question:
Are Sensio-DVDs supported?
Answer:
Yes. Sensio-DVDs use a squeezed side-by-side layout. In Stereoscopic Player,
select the "Side-by-side, left image first" layout and enable the
"Interlaced video (deinterlacing required)" option.
Question:
Do I need to buy a license?
Answer:
For commercial use, a license is required after the 20 days evaluation period is
over. If you are a private user, you are not liable to purchase a private
license, but you might want to do so to remove the playback time limitation.
Question:
Where do I enter the product key?
Answer:
