When you check out there will be several UPS and Post Office shipping options.
The shipping times quoted there are provided by the shipping companies
and do not take into consideration the time it takes us to prepare your order.
We make an attempt to get all orders out within 1-5 days.
International orders will take slightly longer. If you
need a product in specific time frame please also contact us by a separate
email or phone call.

Please send you ordering requirements in a separate email along with your tracking number. Invoice NumberWhen you place an order you will receive a tracking number something like JOS19339. This can be used when contacting us for order status, it is not a tracking number for the carriers we use. We will forward a tracking or delivery confirmation email later. Shipping EstimatesPlease use the ordering pages and the cart buttons Material Damaged in TransitIf you received items damaged in transit please retain the original packaging and contact us immediately. Do not send the material back without an RMA# or it may not be covered by our shipping insurance. ReturnsWe have a 30 day return policy on all products except filter squares and software which are not returnable. Screens may be returned if not used and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Contact us for an RMA# before returning any products. PaymentWe accept all major credit cards, money orders, wire transfers, personal checks, company checks, Western Union payments and Moneygrams (US$ only) . For Money Orders in US$ from Canada (or any country outside the US) we require an additional $5 to cover our bank fees. Please include this in your payment. All orders must be prepaid. For PayPal PaymentIf you have a PayPal account use the shopping cart option which will determine shipping costs, submit your order and then pay by visiting the Paypal site at www.paypal.com, log on to your account and paypal your funds to paypal@berezin.com including your invoice number. If you do not have an account they will offer you a chance to register. TrackingFor tracking during shipping please select UPS as the shipping method. USPS while offering delivery confirmation does not track. That is, you will get a delivery confirmation # which will confirm delivery after the item is delivered. It does not track the shipment during the shipping process. So when tracked sometimes nothing will show up on the tracking page until delivered. All UPS shipments are insured. Fax or Mail from our printable formYou may print and fax our printable form to (949) 581 3982 Attn: Canadian UPS CustomersPlease be aware that for surface UPS shipments, UPS has been randomly collecting at least a $25 "custom clearing" charge on top of whatever duties they collect. If you have time sensitive or valuable material please ship it using one of these methods. US international mail is not trackable. We have no control over the mail system and US mail has no control the mail once it leaves the US. Also, we are not responsible for any fees or custom charges your country may decide to collect. We have had particularly issues with shipments to Israel, Brazil, Vietnam, Indonesia and Mexico. If you are ordering from those areas we strongly recommend selecting an insured traceable shipping method such as UPS or US Mail Express since we are unable to guarantee delivery otherwise.
