October 2008Cardboard Anaglyph Glasses (Green/Magenta)So far the only application for these glasses are for the new Journey to the Center of the Earth DVD. These are the only glasses that will work with this DVD.

New Cameras Listed as Compatible for SLR Shepherd
Updated listing of compatible cameras with the SLR Shepherd. The SLR Shepherd is a hand-held wired remote for stereo photography with twin SLR cameras. The cameras can be digital or film. An internal microprocessor reads shutter sync using the strobe output from both cameras, displays the shutter sync, provides control of shutter release to achieve optimal shutter sync, and controls an external flash for optimal flash sync. Same as above made entirely (except for the lens of course) with a white translucent plastic that lets in light. These are used by people who print their stereo images on small cards the same size as a realist mount. The incidental light allows the image to be seen. It can also be used by stamp collectors to spot small printing offsets in otherwise identical pairs of stamps. Many two-color stamps issued in the 50s and before were made with two press runs, and a pair of them could give a 3D effect. More info
